The stomach and intestines are smooth by descending, so the medicine for regulating intestinal qi can be Houpu, Muxiang, rhubarb, Citrus aurantium and so on, and the medicine for resolving phlegm can be based on Er Chen Tang, with the discretionary addition of Gallus gallus and Amaranthus, etc. It will be fine. As the liver is the main regulator of excretion, most doctors will also use liver detoxification and qi regulation as a common method. In treating liver diseases, I focus on nourishing the liver, and only choose to detoxify the liver when there are obvious symptoms of liver depression, because the liver will naturally exercise the function of detoxification when it is nourished. It takes more than 20 years for pancreatic cancer to be detected from a single cancer cell, which is long, consuming and prone to liver metastasis, so we should not just focus on expectoration, but also focus on attacking and tonifying at the same time, and we can use Sheng Longmu, Ercheng Tang, Gallus gallus and Yu Jin, etc. Sheng Longmu can benefit yin and submerge yang, soften the hardness and dissipate knots, and astringent and solidify astringency, which can rightly hit the pathogenesis of the disease. Do the kidneys and bladder need Qi regulation? Naturally they do, and although this is rarely discussed, it is essential. The ones I commonly use are Wu Yao, Cumin and Cinnamon. Some people say that Wu Yao is a liver qi, some say it is warming kidney qi, Wu Yao is pungent and warm, into the kidney, stomach meridian, the main effect is to warm the kidneys to move the qi, dispersal of cold pain; fennel, the treatment of abdominal chills, hernias, distension and fullness of the effect is very good, because of its warming effect is very strong; Cinnamon on the kidneys and the bladder of qi role is important. The main phlegm-releasing herbs for the Kidneys are Sheng Longmu (Longmu) and Bai Zhi Zi (Bai Zhi Zi). Among them, Sheng Longmu is very strong and should not be underestimated. It has a very good effect on resolving phlegm, nourishing yin, subduing the town and softening the firmament. White mustard is warm in nature, raw longan is calm in nature, and raw oyster is cool in nature, so they are selected according to the coldness and heat of phlegm. Qi stagnation of the limbs, of which the upper limbs I think is related to liver qi, commonly used: Lu Lu Tong, Chicken Blood Vine, Gui Zhi, Mulberry Branches, Silk Gourd and so on. At the same time, the qi is naturally smooth, so I focus more on complementary, help the main positive, supplemented by eliminating evil. Lung, for example, the lungs like moist, like Xin, so when adjusting the lung gas can be used Su Ye, Thornybush, etc., although it is not a gas medicine, but also can achieve the role of the lungs to regulate the role of gas.
