Do you need treatment for gastric sinusitis duodenal bulbitis?

Gastric sinusitis and duodenal bulbitis need to be treated. Specifically, it includes eradication of H. pylori, removal of various chemical, physical and mental factors, inhibition of gastric acid secretion and protection of gastric mucosa.
1. Eradication of Helicobacter pylori: If the examination confirms the existence of Helicobacter pylori infection, a quadruple bactericidal regimen containing bismuth is needed, i.e., one proton pump inhibitor such as omeprazole and lansoprazole; two antibiotics such as amoxicillin and metronidazole; and one bismuth such as bismuth potassium citrate and bismuth pectinate.
2. Inhibition of gastric acid treatment: H2 receptor antagonists commonly used drugs include ranitidine, famotidine, cimetidine and so on. Common drugs of proton pump inhibitors include esomeprazole, omeprazole, lansoprazole and so on.
3. Gastric mucosa protectants: including magnesium aluminum carbonate, aluminum phosphate, aluminum thiosulfate, aluminum hydroxide, bismuth potassium citrate, colloidal bismuth pectin, etc.
4. Avoid overwork and mental stress, and keep a positive mood.
If gastro-sinusitis or duodenal bulbitis is diagnosed, early standardized treatment is recommended to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
