4. Acute purulent tonsillitis: the tonsils are congested and enlarged, and a large amount of purulent secretions are attached to the surface, which is stimulated by inflammation and causes the throat to rot.
5. Pharyngeal tumor: for example, pharyngeal cancer, which can be manifested as hoarseness, ulceration of throat, foreign body sensation, difficulty in swallowing and other symptoms.
