The relationship between migraine and food

The relationship between food and migraine is relatively close. Migraine can be triggered by the combination of complex, social and psychological factors in a certain genetic background, and food is one of the more important triggers, such as irritating foods, pickled foods and spicy foods. It is easier to trigger the headache situation. For example, red wine contains many headache-inducing chemicals, and caffeine in coffee can stimulate the nervous system and interfere with sleep, and it is easy to drink too much and form a habit. However, if a migraine sufferer is a slightly stimulating food that can trigger a headache, it means that his migraine susceptibility is relatively strong, so if the patient has this condition, instead of paying attention to food avoidance, maybe this patient needs a little bit of medicine for prevention, so that the opposite will be better. It is not feasible for a patient to avoid many foods for the rest of his life for a common headache, so I suggest that if a patient has a headache, he can take preventive medication.
