Adenocarcinoma of the lung is a type of lung cancer, and lung cancer is a very common malignant tumor of the respiratory system. Depending on the nature of the pathology, lung cancer is generally divided into adenocarcinoma of the lung, squamous lung cancer and, to a lesser extent, adenosquamous lung cancer. Surgery is also the main treatment for lung adenocarcinoma. After radical treatment through surgery, postoperative treatment can be combined with adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The nature of the pathology is different, including the chemotherapy drugs may also be different. Lung adenocarcinoma is usually treated with pemetrexed plus platinum-based regimen. Lung adenocarcinoma can also consider genetic testing to see if targeted drug therapy can be applied, for example, the commonly used Trokai and Eryza can be used for targeted therapy for lung adenocarcinoma, while there is no particularly effective targeted drug for lung squamous carcinoma.
