Half-summer and thick-park soup for neurodermatitis?

There is no evidence or clinical reports to suggest that Hanxia Houpu Tang can be used to treat neurodermatitis because of its ability to move qi and resolve phlegm (facilitating the flow of qi to resolve phlegm).
Half-summer, thick-park soup is from “The Essentials of the Golden Chamber”, which consists of half-summer, thick-park, poria, ginger, and suye, and has the efficacy of promoting qi circulation and dispersing phlegm (to make the qi flow smoothly and dissolve lumps), and descending reversal of phlegm (to correct the reversal of qi circulation and remove phlegm from the body).
It can be used clinically to treat prune nucleus qi (similar to pharyngeal allodynia) caused by phlegm-qi interlocks (phlegm evils in the body accompanied by poor qi), chest tightness, cough, vomiting, white greasy moss, and slippery pulse. It can also be used to treat chronic pharyngitis and chronic bronchitis in modern medicine. If patients have neurodermatitis with the above symptoms, they can follow the doctor’s instructions for diagnosis and treatment.
This drug should not be used by patients with Qi depression and fire, Yin injury and low fluid. If patients need to use the drug, they should consult a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner to ensure the safety of the drug, and should not take the drug on their own to avoid adverse consequences.
