The accuracy of the frozen pathology results can reach about 90%~95%, and the pathology examination is malignant, requiring modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Five to seven working days after the surgery, it is still necessary to wait for the routine pathology examination.
Routine histological examination, the first use of formalin fixative for fixation, after dehydration, embedding, etc. in the microscope for observation, sometimes also need to carry out immunohistochemical markers, genetic testing, and so on. Routine pathologic examination serves as the final diagnostic basis.
