Vaginal bleeding should not occur in early pregnancy. Once the diagnosis of pregnancy after a small amount of vaginal bleeding should consider the possibility of pre-eclampsia, spontaneous abortion, ectopic pregnancy, cervical lesions and other diseases. 1. Pre-eclampsia: small amount of vaginal bleeding, dark red or bloody leukorrhea, no pregnancy, with or without lower abdominal pain or lower back pain, gynecological ultrasound suggests that it is consistent with the number of days after menopause. 2. Spontaneous abortion: increased vaginal bleeding or severe pain in the lower abdomen, gradual cessation of vaginal bleeding, gradual disappearance of abdominal pain, ultrasound suggests that all the pregnancy material is discharged. 3. Ectopic pregnancy: customarily called ectopic pregnancy, its typical clinical manifestations are abdominal pain after menopause, vaginal bleeding, severe cases may appear fainting and shock, ultrasound can suggest abdominal mass, blood chorionic gonadotropin level is lower than intrauterine pregnancy. 4. Cervical lesions: For patients who have repeatedly failed to preserve pregnancy, vaginal bleeding caused by cervical polyps, chronic cervicitis and cervical cancer should be excluded. After pregnancy vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain and other discomforts as soon as possible obstetrics and gynecology, clear diagnosis and symptomatic treatment, so as to avoid delayed treatment, serious life-threatening.
