Frosted glass nodules and multiple nodules with pleural effusion may be caused by lung tissue infection and inflammation, which requires effective anti-infection treatment and active observation, and if necessary, surgical resection of diseased tissue should be considered. Mulled glass nodules and multiple nodules with pleural effusion can be treated with antibiotics such as levofloxacin or cefprozil to eliminate the local inflammation. In the case of ground glass nodules and multiple nodules with pleural effusion, pathological biopsy can be performed to further clarify the nature of the tissue, and appropriate treatment measures should be taken according to the patient’s condition, and attention should be paid to regular review in the later stage, so as to have a better prognosis.
