Diabetes is a chronic endocrine disease and once acquired, it is lifelong and cannot be cured. However, diabetes can be controlled at an ideal level in its early stages by controlling the diet, increasing exercise, or adding various glucose-lowering drugs or injecting subcutaneous insulin to lower blood sugar. It is also recommended that diabetes should be treated early and as soon as possible so that blood sugar can reach the ideal level in time to prevent complications of diabetes. If diabetic patients are treated early, their complication rate will be significantly reduced.
