What is Acupuncture

It combines traditional acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in Chinese medicine and surgical therapy in Western medicine to form a unique new therapy. It was first proposed by Zhu Hanzhang in the 1980s, and through the joint efforts of the majority of acupuncture medical workers, it has been developed into acupuncture medicine with brand new theories, methods and instruments. Acupuncture has a good effect on a variety of diseases, especially many stubborn soft tissue diseases that once caused doctors “headaches” and thought there was no good way to get “special treatment”. Because of its quick results, less pain, less money, by the majority of patients welcome.

2, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar osteophytes, lumbar 3 transverse synovial syndrome, lumbar muscle strain, cervical and lumbar surgery sequelae, ankylosing spondylitis.
3, frozen shoulder, subacromial impingement syndrome, supraspinatus tendonitis, biceps long head tenosynovitis.
4, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, radial tuberosity tenosynovitis, snapping fingers.
5, knee osteophytes, knee medial and lateral collateral ligament injury, meniscus injury, femoral fossa cyst, knee bursitis.
6, old ankle joint injury, ankle canal syndrome, m exostosis, intractable gout, heel spur pain, posterior heel pain.
7, pear-shaped muscle syndrome, gluteal twist, intractable restrictive rheumatoid arthritis, joint stiffness after trauma or surgery, and various kinds of old injuries and post-surgical pain syndrome.

Third, how is the operation of needle knife treatment?
1, the first is to choose a good indication, that is, whether the disease is suitable for acupuncture treatment.
2, determine the lesion site, not only to determine the location of the body surface, but also to determine the deep location.
  3, local disinfection, local anesthesia.
4, needle knife into the lesion, the lesion for treatment. If it is a nerve compression, the nerve at the compression should be loosened; if it is stenosing tenosynovitis, the stenosis should be loosened; if it is joint or deep adhesion, twinning should be treated accordingly
5.Take out the needle knife, cover the needle eye with a band-aid, and press for a moment.
Generally about 5-10 minutes, basically no pain, no bleeding.
Fourth, what should be noted after the needle knife treatment?
1.Protect the needle hole for 3 days. Can not get wet, dirty wounds, the heat is easy to sweat, in order to prevent infection can take 2-3 days of antibiotics.
2.After the anesthetic effect is eliminated, some parts will produce some pain, you can take appropriate anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, such as Furtalin tablets 75mg, 1 tablet each time, once a day.
3, postoperative generally avoid taking alcohol and spicy food to reduce postoperative reactions.
4, for joint and cervical and lumbar diseases, after acupuncture treatment, local activities should be reduced for 3-5 days so that there is a good healing condition at the lesion.
