What’s Tirai?

Tilaj is the first FDA-approved combination tablet for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection.
1. Tilazyme contains three fixed-dose antiretroviral agents, emtricitabine (200mg), efavirenz (600mg), and tenofovir (500mg). Tilazyme can be used alone or in combination with other antiretrovirals. It is important to note that Tilazyme is not yet available in China.
2. As a combination agent, Tilazyme simplifies the treatment of HIV-1 infection to a certain extent, and helps to reduce the development of drug resistance in the body, thus achieving long-term control of HIV-1 infection. Currently, Tirai can be used in adults as well as children and adolescents weighing more than 40Kg.
3. Common common adverse reactions include headache, abdominal pain, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, depression, insomnia, excessive dreams and drug rash. Drug side effects include lactic acidosis, hepatic and renal damage, pigmentation, bone density loss, severe psychiatric symptoms, embryo fetotoxicity, and convulsions.
4. Due to the presence of hepatic and renal impairment, Elatex is not recommended for patients with creatinine clearance less than 50 mL/min and the presence of moderate to severe hepatic impairment.
When the side effects are obvious after using the drug, please stop using it and conduct a full body examination to understand the physical condition and change the drug in time. Take care to consult the complete Eratide prescribing information before and during treatment and use it correctly to avoid damage to the organism.
