2. Acute cholecystitis: mostly occurring on a full stomach or at night, with severe colic or distending pain in the right upper abdomen, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and pain on pressure in the right upper abdomen, acute cholecystitis should be treated with cholecystectomy at the earliest possible time in the department of surgery, and so it is recommended to consult the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery.
3. If patients with cholecystitis develop hypotension, impaired consciousness, oliguria, etc., they should be considered as acute severe cholecystitis, and should consult the emergency department immediately for emergency treatment.
