The causative organism of dermatophagoides: it is group A beta hemolytic streptococcus. The route of infiltration of the causative organism of erysipelas: skin or mucous membrane breaks, bacteria invaded by wounds, rhinitis, pulling out the nose and ear, foot infection is the main causative factor. The prevalent sites of Dermatophagoides: face, calf, ankle, dorsum of foot. The main symptoms of erythema: edematous skin, clear boundaries, surface tension and burning pain, rapid development, sometimes blistering above the damage. Before the onset of lesions, there is a high fever, chills and other general discomfort, body temperature can reach 38-40 ℃. Blood tests: increased total white blood cells and neutrophils. The course and prognosis of dermatophytosis: the onset is fast, and the disease usually reaches its peak in 4 to 5 days, and can be controlled in about a week after active treatment. Due to recurrent attacks, the skin lymphatic vessels are often blocked, which can lead to lymphedema and thickening of the skin leather, like elephant skin, called “elephant skin swelling”. Chinese medicine calls facial dermatitis “head-hugging fire”; lower limb dermatitis is “flowing fire”; chronic recurrent dermatitis in the lower leg and ankle causes lower leg elephant skin swelling called “big foot wind”. Acute dermatitis is caused by heat in the blood and wind poisoning outside; chronic recurrent dermatitis is caused by dampness and toxicity blocking the veins and channels and stagnation of Qi and blood. Treatment of Dantoxicosis: early active application of antibacterial agents, together with the application of traditional Chinese medicine to clear heat and detoxify the toxin, has obvious efficacy. Chronic recurrent dermatitis is treated with antibacterial, detoxification, dampness removal, blood activation and stasis removal methods. Prevention of dermatosis: avoid trauma to skin and mucous membrane; treat and control rhinitis and pediculosis, pay attention to hygiene and prevent infection when pulling out nose and ear.
