How long does it usually take to treat Dermatitis

  Treatment of dermatophytosis usually requires a course of 10-14 days.  Dermatophytosis is an acute non-purulent infection of the lymphatic network of the skin caused by Streptococcus hemolyticus type B. It occurs in the lower extremities and face. After the onset of the disease, the skin of the lymphatic network distribution area appears inflammatory reaction, the lesion spreads quickly, often involving the lymph nodes in the drainage area, there is rarely tissue necrosis or septicemia, but the systemic inflammatory reaction is obvious, the beginning can be manifested as chills, fever, headache, general discomfort, etc., and in severe cases, systemic sepsis can occur. The treatment requires bed rest, attention to skin cleaning, timely treatment of small wounds, local use of 50% magnesium sulfate solution wet compress, systemic application of antibiotics, such as penicillin, cephalosporin, etc. Most patients can be cured in about 2 weeks.  Dermatitis may be associated with tinea pedis, ulcers, sinusitis, etc., and should be treated actively to avoid recurrence. Do not drink alcohol, eat less chili and reduce the movement of affected limbs during treatment to avoid aggravation of symptoms.
