The disease starts suddenly, with high fever, sudden redness and burning of the local skin, color like danpai, swelling and pain, rapid expansion, clear borders, redness and swelling may be accompanied by blisters, purple spots, and even nodules and pus or skin necrosis. The lymph nodes near the affected area may become swollen and painful as a feature. Dantoxicosis is a common clinical disease, multi-morbidity, Western medicine is mostly treated with antibiotics, which has a good effect on the initial onset of Dantoxicosis, but the recurrent Dantoxicosis is less effective. It can cause chronic lymphedema and turn into elephant skin leg, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. The Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Surgery of Longhua Hospital has a history of treating dermatophytosis for nearly 50 years and has cured a large number of patients with dermatophytosis in clinical practice, accumulating rich experience. It is believed that the onset of Dantoxicosis in the lower extremities is caused by blood-heat, fire and damp-heat in the skin, or the skin mucous membrane is broken and the poisonous evil takes advantage of the deficiency to enter, resulting in Qi and blood stagnation.
