What’s wrong with the white particles that can be picked out of the scalp?

The ability to pick out white particles from the scalp is usually caused by sebaceous gland hyperplasia or folliculitis. When the sebaceous glands are in high secretion, the sebaceous glands are clogged among the pores and can be picked out. The white, greasy particles like glands should be impurities that have accumulated. If there are symptoms of self-induced itching and you can pick out the white particles of the follicle, consider the diagnosis of folliculitis. If treatment is desired, you may choose to use a B vitamin complex orally followed by a ketoconazole lotion for topical application. In case of more severe erythema, treatment with glucocorticoid-based creams is also an option. Patients should avoid eating spicy and stimulating, greasy food. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits and drink more water, and the condition will improve after a period of time.
