Lung adenocarcinoma with bone metastasis invading into nerves can be treated by systemic therapy, surgery with local radiotherapy and drug therapy according to the metastatic situation, such as asymptomatic non-weight-bearing bone metastasis, symptomatic or weight-bearing bone metastasis, and inoperable. 1. Asymptomatic non-weight-bearing bone metastasis: patients with lung adenocarcinoma bone metastasis invading into nerves who are asymptomatic and non-weight-bearing bone metastasis can be treated with systemic intravenous chemotherapy to control the disease development. 2. Symptomatic or weight-bearing bone metastasis: if patients with lung adenocarcinoma bone metastasis invading into nerves are symptomatic or have weight-bearing bone metastasis, they can be treated by surgery of metastatic foci, local radiotherapy with bisphosphonates such as pamidronate disodium injection. 3. Inoperable: If the patient has no chance of surgery and cannot tolerate radiotherapy or chemotherapy, he can take opioids such as codeine phosphate extended-release tablets and non-steroidal drugs such as aspirin enteric-coated tablets for pain relief. Specific drugs should be used correctly under the guidance of doctors, and it is recommended that patients listen to doctors’ advice to use scientific and reasonable methods of treatment as early as possible, and at the same time, the treatment of bone metastasis should target the primary lesions of lung adenocarcinoma for effective treatment and control.
