What is the meaning of the cleanliness of the white belt test

The cleanliness of the white belt test is one of the indicators to check the cleanliness of a woman’s vagina. The vaginal microecological evaluation system includes both morphological and functional tests. Currently, morphological tests are the mainstay and functional tests are supplementary. Morphological tests include smear of vaginal secretions and microscopic examination of vaginal Gram stain. The smear examines for clue cells, vaginal microorganisms and white blood cells, also known as vaginal cleanliness test. The classification of vaginal cleanliness is based on how many leukocytes are present in each high-powered field of view under the microscope, and the vaginal cleanliness is divided into four degrees, namely degree 1, degree 2, degree 3 and degree 4. degree 1 is less than 5 leukocytes in each high-powered field of view; degree 2 is 5-15 leukocytes in each high-powered field of view; degree 3 is 15-30 leukocytes in each high-powered field of view; and degree 4 is greater than 30 leukocytes in each high-powered field of view. The more white blood cells, the higher the cleanliness of the leukocytes, the more vaginal inflammation.
