How is epididymitis caused: 1. Young men are most commonly affected by urinary tract infections, such as foreskin infections. The most common infection of urinary tract infection is common bacteria or gonococcal, mycoplasma, chlamydia infection. The pathogen infection enters the vas deferens from the seminal vesicle and causes inflammation of the epididymis. When inflammation occurs, the epididymis may become swollen and painful, accompanied by redness and swelling of the scrotal skin and elevated skin temperature. When the infection appears, the epididymis is swollen and painful, and when touched by hand, the texture of the epididymis is hard, such as a bead-like structure. If the blood is positive for tuberculosis antibody, it can be confirmed as epididymal infection. 3. Elderly people are mostly caused by chronic urinary tract obstruction, such as prostatic hyperplasia and urethral stricture. When urinary tract obstruction occurs, it is difficult to urinate, and part of the urine enters the vas deferens through the seminal mons and causes epididymal infection. In case of infection, the epididymis can be enlarged bilaterally and accompanied by obvious difficulty in urination, or in patients with long-term difficulty in urination who have a catheter in place, the catheter obstructs the discharge of urethral secretions, obstructs the discharge of vas deferens and the discharge of semen, resulting in inflammation and infection of the epididymis and symptoms such as enlargement of the epididymis.
