Can you go to work after a heart attack with no blockage on an angiogram?

There is no blockage in the imaging after heart attack, and you can go to work if your condition permits and there is no recurrence of uncomfortable symptoms. Myocardial infarction is categorized into non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, both of which are based on coronary artery disease due to vasospasm, platelet aggregation, or thromboembolism caused by the coronary arteries partially or completely blocked, resulting in myocardial damage to the disease type. If the clinical diagnosis is myocardial infarction, but the angiogram shows that the blood vessel is not blocked, there are two possibilities: (1) the coronary artery vessel is diseased but not completely blocked because of transient vasospasm that produces myocardial damage for a short period of time; (2) the thrombus is autolysed after coronary artery embolism, and newly-formed thrombus is dissolved on its own because of the structural instability of the newly-formed thrombus after briefly blocking the blood vessel. If the patient has no recurrence of chest tightness, chest pain, dizziness, sweating and other uncomfortable symptoms, and myocardial enzyme spectrum back to normal level, ECG without obvious abnormalities can be normal work. However, strenuous activities should be avoided. No matter what kind of myocardial infarction occurs on the basis of coronary artery disease, should be regular oral drug treatment, chest tightness, chest pain and other symptoms should be timely and close to the doctor.
