How to treat encapsulated fluid

The treatment of encapsulated pleural effusion, first of all, to clarify what causes the pleural effusion, if it is caused by tuberculosis infection factors, before the treatment of oral anti-tuberculosis drug therapy for 2-4 weeks after the symptoms are stabilized, and then further pleural fibrous plate peeling surgery, to remove the encapsulated capsule wall of the pleural effusion, and to promote the reexpansion of the lung. If it is caused by infectious factors, the localization should be decided according to the morphology of the pus cavity encasement: simple thin effusion encasement, the lung can be expanded on its own after puncture and fluid extraction. If the surrounding adhesions are obvious, consider that the lung can not be fully expanded after puncture or accompanied by obvious pulmonary atelectasis, thoracoscopic surgery can be performed to remove the surrounding fibrous strips to promote the reexpansion of the lung.
