What to do before you go into labor

The precautions to be taken before labor include life management and paying attention to the symptoms of preterm labor.
1. Life management: reasonable rest, sufficient sleep, appropriate activities, timely urination and defecation to avoid urinary retention or constipation, which may affect uterine contractions; prepare the vehicle and the necessary items for labor in advance, and plan the route to the hospital, so that timely medical attention can be provided in case of a sudden onset of labor.
2. Pre-eclampsia: Pay attention to the abdominal pain and monitor whether there is any vaginal discharge or bleeding; a few days before labor, there may be a small amount of vaginal bleeding, lower abdominal pain, epigastric relaxation, urinary abnormalities, lumbar pain, and a decrease in fetal movement, and other signs.
There are many precautions to be taken before labor, so it is recommended that mothers and their family members consult the doctor in advance of the labor checkup; when the above symptoms of labor occur, they should go to the hospital in time to wait for labor.
