Progressive stage 1, blood-heat and wind-dry evidence Main evidence: white spots with light color and brightness, mostly on the forehead, face, nose, mouth and lips, etc., with fast onset and blurred boundaries, often accompanied by a slight itching sensation and dry mouth. The tongue is red, the coating is thin and yellow, and the pulse is slightly counted. Analysis of the testimony: wind evil attacking the muscle surface, so that the lung qi is not declared, depressed in the meridians, which in turn affects its circumferential flow, hair orifice occlusion and become, so see the white spots light color, fast onset, spread quickly, blurred, slight itching sensation; heat injury fluid, so the taste dry. The red tongue, thin yellow coating, and slightly counted pulse are signs of blood heat. 2, liver depression and qi stagnation evidence: the skin white spot color sometimes bright and sometimes dark, or have depression and restlessness. Pale tongue, thin white coating and string pulse. Analysis of the symptoms: This symptom is mostly due to emotional disorders, or sudden mental stimulation, or due to the invasion of disease and evil, blocking the liver vein, resulting in the loss of the liver qi to dredge and regulate. The liver likes to be regulated and is depressed. The liver loses its relaxation, the qi is stagnant, and the qi and blood are not in harmony, so the white spots are seen; the qi is depressed and the heart is restless. The thin white fur and string pulse are signs of liver qi stagnation. Stable stage 1, liver and kidney yin deficiency evidence Main evidence: long onset, white spots limited to one place or everywhere, stationary and not expanding, pure white spots, clear boundaries and neat edges, accompanied by tiredness and fatigue, waist and knee soreness, or five heart bothering heat. The tongue is red with little coating and the pulse is sunken and thin. Analysis of the symptoms: This symptom is mostly caused by the deficiency of yin due to long-standing disease, or by internal injury due to emotion and yang hyperactivity, which consumes yin. Liver and kidney yin deficiency, yin deficiency, skin long-term loss of moistening, so see white spots; kidney yin essence deficiency, waist and knees without moistening is sore and soft; yin deficiency without moistening, false fire within the incandescence, so see the heart troubled heat. The tongue is red, with little coating and sunken pulse. 2.Blood stasis evidence Main symptoms: prolonged disease, skin rash is limited, with dark brown edges or brown spots in the center, mild local tingling, dark tongue or petechiae, thin white fur, astringent or slow pulse. Analysis of the symptoms: This evidence is mostly due to deficiency of qi in prolonged illness, weakness of qi and blood flow or blockage of qi and poor blood flow. Stagnation of blood stasis, poor flow of qi and blood, long-term loss of moistening of the skin, hence the white spots. Localized tingling, dark tongue or petechiae, thin white fur, and astringent or slow pulse are signs of blood stasis.
