Hypertensive patients can use ibuprofen preparations, which are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with analgesic properties. Ibuprofen preparations can be used intermittently in hypertensive patients when combined with conditions such as pain. Long-term use of ibuprofen preparations is not recommended, as long-term use of NSAIDs tends to aggravate sodium retention, which can lead to continued elevation of blood pressure. For hypertensive patients, therapeutic lifestyle improvement is recommended, such as low-salt and low-fat diet, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, appropriate exercise, maintaining an optimistic, positive and upward attitude towards life, giving systematic treatment with antihypertensive drugs and drugs related to functional and organic damage of the target organ, or surgical treatment. Hypertensive patients with pain need to be treated for the cause, rather than simply relying on pain medications such as ibuprofen preparations to deal with it.
