Testicular adnexal torsion, if after surgical treatment, about 7 days after surgery can be fully recovered, can be processed for discharge. Testicular adnexal torsion is also a common emergency presentation in urology, which is often similar to the symptoms of testicular torsion, such as the presence of acute scrotal pain, swelling, and even accompanied by localized scrotal skin blackness, fluid accumulation, etc., often there are diagnostic difficulties. For patients with suspected testicular or adnexal torsion, prompt surgical exploration is recommended. In the case of simple testicular adnexal torsion, the torsed adnexa or necrotic adnexa will be removed, and medication to prevent infection will be given after the surgery, and recovery can be achieved in a week or so. However, if intraoperative exploration reveals torsion of the testis, treatment to restore the blood supply to the testis is needed immediately. If irreversible necrosis has occurred, the necrotic testicle will be removed, and recovery time after surgery will be about one week.
