Left anterior branch block is the blockage of electrical signals in the left anterior branch conduction, simple left anterior branch block, normal heart rate, no organic heart disease, generally do not need treatment; secondary to heart failure, acute myocardial infarction and other heart disease, need medication or surgical treatment of the primary pathology, combined with two-branch or three-branch block, accompanied by syncope, black haze need to be implanted pacemaker.
1. For simple left bundle branch block, with normal heart rate, no organic heart disease, and no obvious symptoms such as dizziness, patients generally do not need treatment and have a better prognosis.
2. When it is secondary to organic heart disease such as heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, hypertension, etc., it is necessary to treat the primary disease, such as heart failure drug therapy including diuretics such as torasemide, RAAS inhibitors such as valsartan, spironolactone, etc.; acute myocardial infarction requires implantation of a stent, taking antiplatelet agents such as aspirin, atorvastatin, lipid-lowering drugs.
3. When left anterior bundle branch block combined with left posterior branch and right bundle branch to form a two-branch or three-branch block, accompanied by syncope and black haze, pacemaker implantation may be required.
If the patient has left anterior branch conduction block, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, and under the guidance of the doctor reasonable treatment.
