People with different body types consume different medicinal meals. For example, people with yin deficiency are not suitable for hot medicine, so they can use yu zhu, sage, lily, lotus seeds, japonica rice porridge; people with cold deficiency and frequent diarrhea can use yam, gorgonian, coix seeds, corn, plus the right amount of millet porridge, to strengthen the spleen and kidneys to transform the role of dampness.
