Symptoms of diffuse large b-cell lymphoma include lymphoma-related symptoms, compression symptoms produced by enlarged lymph nodes and systemic symptoms. 1. Symptoms related to lymphoma: the most typical manifestation is painless and progressive enlargement of lymph nodes in superficial areas, with the enlargement of lymph nodes in the neck and supraclavicular region being the most common. 2. Symptoms of compression caused by enlarged lymph nodes: if the lymph nodes are large, they may cause compression to the surrounding tissues or organs, and then the corresponding symptoms will appear. For example, compression of the superior vena cava may cause swelling of the face and neck, chest tightness and chest pain, and compression of the gastrointestinal tract may cause intestinal obstruction. 3. Systemic symptoms: patients may also have fever, fatigue, emaciation, night sweats, skin rash and other systemic symptoms. Patients with symptoms similar to diffuse large b-cell lymphoma are recommended to go to hospital for consultation.
