How do wool boils form?

Woolly boils are caused by phlegm, water and food stagnation in the middle jiao and cold.

Wool furuncle, also called wool furuncle tumor, is the name of the disease in Chinese medicine. At the beginning, the patient first shows headache, alternating chills and fever all over the body, similar to typhoid fever (a disease of fever caused by feeling cold), and colic pain in the heart and abdomen, day and night, accompanied by vomiting and inability to pass stools. A rash of red dots can be found in the front heart area and the back of the body, and the color becomes purple and black. If the redness is light, it is young, and if the color is purple-black, it is old.

If the purple-black spots are picked out with a needle, they look like wool, so they are called wool furuncles.

If the patient suspects wool furuncle, he should go to the hospital for systematic examination and should not diagnose and treat it by himself in order to prevent serious consequences.
