How to promote sleep

The best way to promote sleep is to get up early, it is recommended not to be lazy in bed every morning, get up and do proper study and exercise, then wash your face, brush your teeth, have breakfast, and enter work after breakfast. You can take a nap for about half an hour at noon, hydrate properly in the afternoon, do an hour of aerobic exercise in the evening, and go to sleep at ten o’clock every night. Patients should lie in bed wholeheartedly whether they are sleepy or not. If they cannot fall asleep right away, it is recommended to maintain a quiet sleep environment, put on sleeping music, or yoga for one hour before bed for 21 days to significantly promote sleep.
