Red ginseng and goji berries can be infused together, but the infusion may not be able to completely precipitate the active ingredients of the drug, so the efficacy is limited. Red ginseng can greatly replenish vital energy, restore the pulse and fix desiccation (restoring the normal pulse and preventing the substance from being dislodged), and benefit the qi to take in blood (preventing bleeding by replenishing the qi). It is used in treating deficiency, cold limbs and weak pulse, failure of Qi to take in blood, and bleeding in the case of metrorrhagia (excessive menstrual flow or dribbling). Lycium barbarum nourishes the liver and kidneys, and benefits the essence and eyesight. It is used for deficiency of essence, soreness of waist and knees, dizziness and tinnitus, impotence and spermatorrhea, internal heat and thirst (internal heat accompanied by symptoms such as eating more, drinking more and urinating more), deficiency of blood and yellowish color, and dizziness and uncertainty of eyes. Red ginseng should not be used together with quinoa, wulingzhi, soap pods, black beans, and note that loose stools (thin and unformed feces) in spleen deficiency should be cautious in taking wolfberry. It is recommended that patients take medication under the guidance of a doctor, do not take medication on your own.
