Medication for nebulization of rhinitis

Nebulized inhalation drugs commonly used in clinical practice for rhinitis are budesonide suspension. Budesonide suspension is a glucocorticoid, which is a weak hormone and has less toxic side effects on the human body. Generally, one budesonide suspension is used and nebulized twice daily for inhalation. Because patients will have obvious nasal mucous membrane edema, pallor and nasal congestion when rhinitis, especially for simple rhinitis, allergic rhinitis and hypertrophic rhinitis, etc. These types of rhinitis, turbinate edema and congestion are more obvious. Some patients with more severe rhinitis symptoms need to be accompanied by topical endosulphan and co-sulphan sprays, which are applied topically once a day with nebulized inhalation treatment, which is more effective for rhinitis. Some patients with rhinitis may also have a deviated septum. In the case of deviated septum, endoscopic correction of deviated septum and ablation of inferior turbinate rhinitis should be performed under sinus endoscopy.
