What medication to take for dizziness caused by cerebral infarction

In the acute stage of cerebral infarction, when a patient has dizziness, the site of cerebral infarction is considered to be in the brainstem or cerebellum. It is because the blood vessels of brainstem and cerebellum suddenly interrupt the blood flow, resulting in infarction of brainstem and cerebellum, causing the patient to have dizziness symptoms. In the acute stage, patients should take oral atorvastatin calcium tablets or resevastatin calcium tablets to regulate lipid and stabilize plaque treatment, and other treatment options such as fibrin-lowering, anticoagulation, antiplatelet, and thrombolysis should be given. If the blood pressure exceeds 180 mmHg, oral antihypertensive drugs such as Schweitzer, Lowe’s or Ambien should be taken to make the blood pressure drop steadily and control it to about 150-160 mmHg.
