A pain inside the ear when you bite your teeth may be caused by temporomandibular joint disorder, otitis externa, radiculitis and so on.
1. 3. Apical inflammation: apical inflammation refers to the inflammatory lesions occurring in the tissues around the root tip, often secondary to endodontics, when the patient’s teeth on the same side of the apical inflammation, there may be irritating pain when biting, resulting in the same side of the ear involuntary pain.
