Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray, also known as Fluticasone Propionate, is a new synthetic glucocorticoid that can be used to treat both asthma and allergic rhinitis with significant efficacy. Fluticasone should be used before exposure to allergens to prevent the onset of allergic rhinitis symptoms and must be administered regularly to obtain maximum efficacy, with optimal efficacy being achieved after 3-4 days of continuous treatment. Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray, for the prevention and treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and children, is administered once daily with 2 sprays in each nostril, preferably in the morning, and may require 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily in some patients.
