The more commonly used and effective eye medication is levofloxacin eye drops, which can be used during the day, 5-6 times a day, and oxyfloxacin eye ointment can be applied once before going to bed. The medication can be supplemented with hot compresses, which are applied 1-2 times a day for 10 minutes each time, and through, treatment can promote the receding of mydriasis. If the granuloma continues to progress after treatment and is not confined, surgical treatment with incision and drainage of pus may be required.
