There is no such thing as “what fruits to eat to reduce acne”, and a single type of food will not prevent or improve acne.
Acne is a type of acne. Acne is closely related to excessive sebum production, blockage of the sebaceous ducts of hair follicles, bacterial infections and inflammatory reactions. So acne is a disease closely related to the body’s endocrine system. It is mainly caused by internal factors, but of course external bacteria can aggravate the problem.
At the same time, a poor diet can somehow aggravate the acne problem. Skin repair requires high levels of B vitamins, vitamin C and minerals such as zinc. The diet needs to be as low in oil and sugar as possible, with lots of vegetables and fruits, and a little bit of all kinds of vegetables and fruits, rather than relying on a single type of food.
