What are the signs before menopause?

Most women will experience menstrual changes before menopause, and there are three main types of menstrual changes: 1) shortening of the menstrual cycle and a decrease in the amount of menstrual flow, with a slow transition to menopause; 2) irregular menstrual cycles, prolonged cycles and menstrual periods, and heavy menstrual flow, and in some cases, even large blood clots or dribbling, which will then gradually stop; and 3) a sudden stop of the menstrual flow, which is relatively uncommon. In addition, women before menopause will have symptoms of vasoconstriction, manifested as hot flashes, sweating, and will also have symptoms of agitation, anxiety, depression, and decreased self-confidence.
