Eating to bite the tongue bleeding generally can be oral routine care, compression hemostasis or surgical debridement suture treatment.
1. Oral routine care: after tongue bite, first of all, we should keep the wound clean, and should not eat spicy and stimulating food during the period of wound healing; and can follow the doctor’s instructions to use anti-inflammatory and anti-puffy medicines (such as rehabilitation of new liquid, compound chlorhexidine gargle, etc.) in order to promote the healing of the wound.
2. Pressure hemostasis: mainly applicable to shallow wounds and relatively small amount of bleeding, through the cotton ball or gauze pressure can effectively stop bleeding wounds.
3. Cleansing and suture treatment: If the wound is deep and large, cannot stop bleeding effectively by compression hemostasis method, or affects the normal function of the tongue, you can seek medical treatment for cleansing and suture treatment for the wound to effectively promote its recovery.
