Cerebral palsy cannot be diagnosed on the basis of the performance of teasing and laughing and chasing after objects. Patients should be examined by a specialized doctor before the diagnosis is confirmed. At present, there is a lack of specific diagnostic indicators in China, mainly relying on clinical symptoms and signs. 1. Central paralysis occurs in infancy. 2. Accompanied by mental retardation, speech disorders, convulsions, behavioral abnormalities, perceptual disorders and other abnormalities. 3. Except for central paralysis caused by progressive diseases and transient motor retardation in normal children. At the same time, the following conditions should be highly alert to the possibility of cerebral palsy: prematurity, low birth weight, severe hypoxia, convulsions, intracranial hemorrhage and noma at birth and in the neonatal period, etc.; mental developmental delay, emotional instability, easy to panic, etc.; motor developmental delay, with limb and trunk muscle tone and spasm of the typical manifestations of increased tension and spasticity, and extrapyramidal symptoms accompanied by bilateral deafness and supraoptic palsy. Patients and their families are advised to go to regular hospitals for treatment as soon as possible to avoid delaying their condition.
