Gastric Fuchun Tablet is a kind of proprietary Chinese medicine with the efficacy of benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach), activating blood circulation and detoxification. The Chinese patent medicine Stomach Fuchun Tablet is mainly composed of three medicines: red ginseng, aromatic tea cress, and gluten-fried Citrus aurantium, which is useful for the adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer after surgery, pre-cancerous lesions of gastric cancer, and chronic superficial gastritis belonging to the weakness of spleen and stomach. It can also be used to treat gastric pain caused by weakness of spleen and stomach, deficiency of qi and yin, and internal gathering of poisonous evils. Symptoms include distension and fullness of stomach and epigastric region or hidden pain, stomach likes to be pressed and warmed, loose stools, fatigue, little food, shortness of breath, laziness, vomiting of water, and bland mouth. Adverse effects and contraindications of Gastric Fuchun Tablet have not been clarified.
