Frequent sweating may be related to deficiency of the surface (weakness of the muscular surface leading to abnormal sweating out), yang deficiency, yin deficiency, etc. It can be treated with medicines such as Yubingfeng Granules, Right Angelica Pill and Zhibai Di Huang Pill under the guidance of a doctor.
1. Yubingfeng Granules, composed of Astragalus, Fenghuang, Atractylodes Macrocephala (Stir-fried). It is used for spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating with a little movement), bad wind, whitish color (white and without luster) caused by deficiency of the surface, or for those who are weak and easily susceptible to wind evils. Avoid greasy food while taking the medicine.
2. Right Angelica Pill is composed of Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix et Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, Rhizoma Cinnamomum Cassiae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, Semen Cuscutae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma Dulcis. It is used for the deficiency of kidney yang, failure of vital fire (weakness of kidney yang in the body, the function of warming and promoting the operation of qi and blood is reduced) caused by coldness and soreness of the waist and knees, mental weakness, coldness and fear of cold, impotence and spermatorrhea, loose stools, frequent and clear urination.
3. Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan: composed of Zhi Mu, Huang Bai, Shu Di Huang, Cornu Cervi (made), Mudan Pi, Chinese yam, Poria, Zedo. It is used for hot flashes and night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping after waking up), dry mouth and sore throat, tinnitus and spermatorrhea, and short and red urine (small amount of urine, dark yellow in color) caused by yin deficiency and fire exuberance.
