Redness on 40 days of pregnancy is mainly considered for two reasons: firstly, ectopic pregnancy. If the patient’s bleeding is low, the patient can continue the pregnancy after fetal preservation treatment. If the patient has heavy bleeding and miscarriage is unavoidable, it is recommended to immediately perform uterine removal surgery to avoid hemorrhage.
