What fruits lower uric acid

Orange, cherry, watermelon, pineapple can lower uric acid, hyperuricemia is a metabolic disease caused by impaired purine metabolism, clinically manifested as acute arthritis, gout stone, interstitial nephritis, chronic arthritis called gout. Gout should be actively treated to lower uric acid. Currently, drugs that lower uric acid include those that inhibit uric acid production, such as allopurinol and febuxostat tablets, and those that promote uric acid excretion, like benzbromarone. Diet should be low purine diet, purine rich foods such as soy products, soy milk, tofu, dried beans; nuts like peanuts, melon seeds, pistachios; and arterial offal, seafood, beer drinks should be avoided. Symptomatic treatment treatment such as colchicine, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and glucocorticoids can be given during the acute arthritis period to improve symptoms. The prognosis is better for gout without kidney function decline caused by kidney damage. Once renal function declines, it will progress chronically until the end stage of renal failure, i.e. uremic phase. Once the symptoms of uremia appear, such as nausea and vomiting in the gastrointestinal system, or even gastrointestinal bleeding; chest tightness, shortness of breath and difficulty in breathing; and severe anemia, which is difficult to correct. At this time, renal replacement therapy, like hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment, is required.
