What to do about lymph nodes in the groin

Lymph node swelling in the inguinal region has many causes and is very common. It may be caused by inflammation, but also does not exclude the possibility of tumor, so you need to go to a regular hospital for corresponding examination. If it is caused by inflammation, it may be accompanied by redness, swelling and pain, so you can take anti-inflammatory drugs, such as amoxicillin and cefuroxime, and apply hot compresses locally. You should also pay attention to your diet, avoid eating spicy and stimulating foods, try to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, supplement with high quality protein and drink more water. If the swollen lymph nodes are obvious, or even multiple swollen lymph nodes are fused with each other, a puncture biopsy is needed to determine if the swollen lymph nodes are caused by malignant tumors, and the corresponding treatment should be carried out according to the results of the biopsy.
