Encounter such more serious injuries, should be immediately sent to the hospital emergency. So deeper wounds should go to the hospital as soon as possible to dress and treat the wound, and inject tetanus antitoxin if necessary.  Note: change the medicine in time to avoid infection, pay special attention to keep the hand warm, if you find signs of infection in the wound, such as local ischemia and purple, you need to go to the hospital to deal with it.  It is also necessary to give good braking to the injured hand, which can not only prevent aggravating tissue damage, but also reduce the pain of the injured person.
