What are the manifestations of schizophrenia

Schizophrenia, or schizophrenia, has many manifestations, such as hallucinations, delusions, emotional indifference, and altered volitional activity. 1. Hallucinations: hallucinations are the most common, verbal hallucinations are the most common, and argumentative hallucinations are the most characteristic. In addition, there may be phantom smell, phantom taste and so on. 2. Delusion: the most common ones are relationship delusion, victimization delusion, and in some cases, jealousy delusion (suspecting that the spouse is having an affair), love delusion (believing that a certain person of the opposite sex likes him/herself), non-blood delusion (believing that the parents are not biological), physical influence delusion, and sense of being watched, and so on. 3. Emotional indifference: lack of relationship to external things, living in one’s own world. Emotional reactions are not harmonized with the surrounding environment. 4. Change of volitional activity: most patients will experience a decrease in volitional activity, social withdrawal, little speech and laziness, and lack of attention to personal hygiene. Some of them have increased activities under the domination of hallucinations and delusions, and have impulsive and hurtful behaviors. The symptoms of schizophrenia are complex, and patients with symptoms similar to those mentioned above should consult a psychiatrist in time.
