Ginsenoside can be taken for a long period of time under doctor’s supervision. Toxicological studies have shown that ginsenoside is safe for long-term use, non-toxic, non-reproductive toxicity, non-teratogenic and non-mutagenic. Ginsenoside is suitable for the adjuvant treatment of various malignant tumors after surgery and radiotherapy to prevent recurrence and metastasis. Combined with radiotherapy, ginsenoside can increase the effect and reduce the toxicity, applicable to lung cancer, stomach cancer, intestinal cancer, liver cancer and breast cancer and other malignant tumors. Ginsenoside alone taken orally can inhibit solid tumors up to 60%, and inhibit lung metastasis and liver metastasis of many kinds of tumors in animals and human beings by 60%~70%. Anti-metastatic mechanism study shows that the direct inhibition rate of ginsenoside on the infiltration and growth of many kinds of highly metastatic malignant tumors is more than 90%. Toxicological study shows that ginsenoside is safe, non-toxic, non-reproductive toxicity, non-teratogenicity and mutagenicity when taken for a long period of time. Ginsenoside may occasionally have the adverse reaction of dry mouth, which can be relieved and disappear on its own. Contraindications are not clear, it should be taken under the guidance of a doctor to avoid causing adverse reactions.
