Is fear of heat a kidney deficiency?

Chinese medicine believes that kidney yin deficiency can cause the symptom of fear of heat, but there are many clinical causes of fear of heat, and should be combined with the patient’s other accompanying symptoms to make a comprehensive judgment.
Patients with kidney yin deficiency have an imbalance of yin and yang in the body, and when the yin is in a state of deficiency, the yang is relatively hyperactive, resulting in a situation of yin deficiency and hyperactivity. According to the theory of Chinese medicine, “if yang wins, heat will appear”, patients with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang are prone to body heat deficiency, and thus will have the manifestation of fear of heat.
Patients with kidney yin deficiency are often accompanied by lumbar and knee soreness, hot flashes and night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping sweating after waking up), heartburn and heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of the heart and chest), deafness and tinnitus, and other manifestations.
In addition, there are many situations for triggering the body to be afraid of heat, such as external wind heat, internal organs solid heat, and so on. Therefore, it is recommended that patients who are afraid of heat, go to the regular hospital in a timely manner, and finally have help under the guidance of the treatment.
